mœurs foundation
From the French mœurs and the Latin mōrēs: a deep respect for principals, ethics, and societal customs
A cultural platform rooted in cooperation, sustainability, and shared knowledge.
Through residencies, partnerships, and interdisciplinary projects, we work alongside artists, researchers, educators, and community leaders who are committed to exploring meaningful responses to local and global challenges.
Founded in 2015, Mœurs supports creative and critical work across the arts, sciences, and humanities, guided by a humanist vision and the values of the UN 2030 Agenda. Our programs are grounded in the belief that dialogue—across borders, disciplines, and perspectives—is essential to building more resilient, thoughtful, and connected communities.
Our mission
We support sustainable development by working with educators, artists, and professionals to strengthen learning systems and local communities. Through knowledge exchange and practical collaboration, we aim to develop projects that encourage cultural, academic, and social growth with long-term impact.
Projects
Supporting initiatives that address cultural, environmental, and social issues through shared inquiry and practice.

Programs
Mœurs offers residencies for artists, researchers, and cultural practitioners to develop new work in dialogue with diverse communities and environments across Spain. In parallel, we host exhibitions and events that provide a platform for sharing projects and engaging with the public. Together, these spaces endeavor to support thoughtful exchange and creative exploration.
