The real estate market is living a deep transformation as a sector and alternative options of co-housing are appearing in order to offer a different living solution to suit diverse needs. This transition reflects the vision of the foundation, which believes that community and diversity fosters change and development.
We believe that people are becoming less interested in ‘owning’ than ‘belonging’, less focused on ‘settling’ than ‘contributing’. Our hubs in Galicia and Mallorca represent the beginnings of the foundation’s belief in this, and aim to offer longer-term living opportunities to those who wish to form part of our concept and community and to collaborate with us on Moeurs Foundation projects.
